Woost 

A Woost is a semi-mythical creature that appears when needed to assist in times of trouble. The word can also be used to describe someone who is unexpectedly helpful as in "What a Woost ..."

Also heard as "Woosty" to describe something that is wonderful, but quite unexpectedly so.

I had no way to change that flat when some dude just showed up and DID IT for me. What a freakin' Woost ...
