Merged with Telepictures in 1985, and purchased by Warner Communications in 1988. Consolidated into Warner Bros. Television and eliminated in 1993.

Produced "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" (1970-77), "The Bob Newhart Show" (1972-78), "Hill Street Blues" (1981-87), "St. Elswhere" (1982-88), and "Newhart" (1982-90). Purchased by religious broadcaster Pat Robertson in 1993, and sold to News Corp. in 1996. Ceased existence and merged into 20th Century Fox in 1997.
