Buttermilf is a much sought after delicacy, ripened to the point of perfection, often vigorously applied, or massaged to meats before cooking. Obtained by "Milking" a milf
whilst still in the lactating phase of rearing. Careful sampling must be conducted by a master chef strait from the teat
prior to collection. Often used in French restaurants on pastries and sausage.
