meg white plays drums for the white stripes
. She's often describes as an only decent drummer, even by fans of hers. Her drumming style is very childish and primitive, but is looked at as one of the things that gives the white stripes an identity. is often overshadowed by jack white
, who plays guitar/piano/a few other things for the band. however, it tends to be the critics, casual fans, and non-fans that look at it as jack's band, whereas big white stripes fans believe the band wouldnt work as well with a "good" drummer.
I enjoy meg white's childish but amusing drumming style.
One who fills two requirements:
1. Participates in plays and musicals, either by acting, stage managing, joining tech crew or doing other technical work.
2. Enjoys the viewing and reading of plays and musicals.
This is not to be confused with a theatre snob, who only fills the second requirement.
That theatre geek tried out for The Crucible after he had seen it twice.
Green Day fan who thinks he's better than other Green Day fans because he (or she) was one before they "went mainstream", and is in fact only better than green day poseurs
. Many of them dislike the album American Idiot
for no reason other than to prove their "anti-mainstreamness". Has and intolerance for new Green Day fans, even if after becoming fans of American Idiot (the rock opera, not just the popular songs) they went back and listened to (and enjoyed) older Green Day music.
That Green Day Elite hates me because the first Green Day album I was a fan of was American Idiot, even though my favorite album is now Kerplunk.
The tendency of ESPN's Digger Phelps
to hold a highlighter the same color as his tie, no matter what color his tie is.
Digger had the blue tie-lighter going during yesterday's UNC-Duke game on Gameday.
