A Pussy Gettin' Wagon (also known as a PGW) is any 1/2 ton or larger truck, with upgraded tires and wheels, and no less than a 6" lift. One uses a PGW to get copious amounts of pussy when and where one wants. PGW's can be seen throughout your Southern States where country girls are easily seduced by the sight of a large truck.
