A noun for a young man who acts like a little girly-bitch. Most commonly used in the white suburbs. Lax bros often use the term when they are discussing those who are not athletic. Although rare, the word does sound funny. The prefix, "cali," refers to the state of California. The suffix, "giur," comes from the Latin root of Lagiur, which means "to kiss."
