Similar to "Pish Posh" which could be offensive. When modified to "Pish Pash", friendly banter is intended and expected!

NB - The words "Pish Posh" draw the face into an angry expression where "Pish Pash" leaves a smile on the face of the speaker!

A re-definition of the word "Premises" meaning a single building.

The origin of the new word is almost certainly the Essex & Thames Police (UK)to define a "Single Building" instead of a "Group of Buildings".

It should be noted that "Premises" is the Legal Definition of Single or Multiple Buildings since well before the year 1730.
