An adjective or noun, with a negative connotation. Used in same manner as douchebag or tool. Like wom, only more severe, with a more negative meaning, yet not as bad as the ultimate insult, Bigwom69.

Bigwom69

The worst and ultimate insult. Nothing could be worse than being or being wrongfully accused of being a Bigwom69. If someone ever calls you this, you probably raped their family and gave them aids. If not, you should kill them for being so brutal.
