A person who needs to lay of the rock as they are starting to deform into a wacked out, cruel, wicked and inhumane monster, who will do almost anything to get a taste of the sweet, sweet rock. "holy shit! look at that wacked out rockfiend on that park bench.... rockfiend!!"
