A tattoo appearing on the lower-medial area of a woman's back, often apearing in it's shortened form, "target tat". The word "target" is generated from the idea that when having sex with the woman doggy-style and the male is ready to ejaculate, he can pull out and the said tattoo is a target to aim for when shooting his load.
This girl I'm dating is hot as hell! And, to top it off, she has a Target Tat. I can't wait to bust a nut all over that shit!
